1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 8777a ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using the 8777a platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 8777a platform.

These Terms must be read together with 8777a's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional communication, these Terms shall prevail unless 8777a expressly states otherwise in writing.

2Eligibility Requirements

Use of the 8777a platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times while they hold an active account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 8777a enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all account holders. Age verification may be requested at any point including at registration, before bonus issuance, and before withdrawal processing.

3Account Registration and Verification

To access 8777a's services, you must register a single account using accurate, current, and complete personal information. 8777a operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. If you hold more than one account — whether knowingly or by error — 8777a may close duplicate accounts, void associated bets and bonuses, and retain any balance pending investigation.

Required Registration Information

When registering, you must provide the following information accurately and keep it current at all times:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your National ID Card or passport
• Your date of birth, used to verify that you meet the 21+ age requirement
• A valid Bangladesh mobile number registered in your name — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket wallet numbers are accepted for payment purposes
• A valid email address to which you have sole access, used for account notifications and security communications

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

8777a may request KYC documentation from any account holder at any time. KYC verification is mandatory before processing withdrawals above the threshold set by 8777a, before issuing certain bonuses, and whenever there are reasonable grounds to verify a player's identity, age, or location. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

8777a supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods available to Bangladesh players. All financial transactions on 8777a are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern all deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

Deposit Rules

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the 8777a account holder. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to a different person — are not permitted and may result in immediate account suspension.

• Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction and may be updated by 8777a without prior notice.
• Deposits made in error must be reported to 8777a customer support immediately. 8777a cannot guarantee recovery of funds deposited in error once they have been used to place bets.
• 8777a does not charge fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Bank transfer and card deposits may be subject to fees imposed by the issuing institution, which are not controlled by 8777a.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise requested and verified. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in the same name as the 8777a account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be completed before 8777a processes any withdrawal request. Players who have not completed KYC will be required to do so before their withdrawal is released.

5Bonuses and Promotions

8777a offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including a 200% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000 and periodic reload, cashback, and VIP offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only. 8777a does not issue bonuses to unverified accounts or accounts belonging to players under 21.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per shared IP address unless the specific bonus terms explicitly state otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• 8777a reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. A bonus already credited to a player's account will not be retroactively removed provided no breach of Terms has occurred.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside the applicable wagering process, or combined with other bonuses unless explicitly permitted by 8777a in writing.

Bonus Abuse

8777a takes bonus abuse seriously. Any player found exploiting bonuses through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, use of multiple accounts, or any other method that 8777a determines constitutes abuse of the promotional system will have their bonus balances voided and their account permanently closed. 8777a's determination of bonus abuse is final.

6Responsible Gaming

8777a is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders and may be activated at any time from within your account settings:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly) — once set, a deposit limit may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours from the time the increase request is made.
• Session time reminders — alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified period, configurable in 30-minute increments from 30 minutes to 8 hours.
• Cooling-off periods of 1, 7, 14, or 30 days — during a cooling-off period your account remains open but deposits and betting are suspended. At the end of the period your account automatically returns to normal status.
• Self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently — self-exclusion is irrevocable for the selected period. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Players who self-exclude will be removed from all marketing communications immediately.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8777a platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and 8777a reserves the right to void all associated bets, cancel all bonuses, and permanently close the account:

• Creating or operating more than one account on 8777a, whether using your own identity or that of another person.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including fraud, theft, money laundering, or unauthorized use of another person's payment credentials.
• Colluding with other players to fix match outcomes, share hand information in live casino games, or otherwise engage in conduct that gives an unfair advantage to any party.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in 8777a's platform or any game software to generate winnings not achievable under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening, or abusive communication directed at 8777a staff, other players, or any third party connected with the platform.

8777a's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding. Where 8777a determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may, in addition to closing the account, report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the 8777a platform — including software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and the overall design and arrangement of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of 8777a or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use 8777a for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, copy, sell, resell, redistribute, frame, scrape, or otherwise exploit any portion of the 8777a platform or its content for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of 8777a. Unauthorised use of 8777a's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8777a's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 8777a account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 8777a expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Losses arising from interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, telecommunications outages, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond 8777a's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

10Privacy and Data Protection

11Amendments to These Terms
